Fixed issue with importing obstacles from windPRO object export files

Status: Closed - part of windPRO 3.0 Service Pack 4

Fixed in build: 642

When importing an obstacle from a older .wpobjects file, the angle of the obstacle was lost. The obstacle is now imported correctly
