MCP Changes; limit periods moved to "Measure" tab, "Filters" renamed to "Adjustments"

Status: Fixed in windPRO 3.2 Service Pack 1

While "Limit periods" influences the "Evaluate reference", it is more logical to set the period limitations on the "Measure" tab. This leaves only the adjustments of Time offset and Veer on the "Filter" tab, which is now renamed to "Adjustments". All functionality is as it was before.
