DRAFT VERSION OF CHANGE NOTE

Some TDs are too small to make the list.
Some TDs will be bundled in one description.

BASIS
- Solved problem that TIN calculation during calculations can be very slow if the calculation area is not covered completely with elevation data.
- If the computer loses the connection to a network drive so a .wpo cannot be found, windPRO will no longer overwrite it with an empty file once connection is re-established.
- Loading a window layout from before version 3.1 no longer gives an exception
- Fixed issue where multi-editing Shadow receptors would not properly save changes for receptor's slope
- Fixed issue where importing coordinates from a GPX file would not allow deleting individual points

METEO
- Fixed error where the resulting correction does not consider any applied magnetic declination
- Fixed error where manually inputting magnetic declination would calculate a wrong resulting calibration
- Fixed error where calibration would not always include the last sample
- Fixed issue in Recalibration, where empty, 0 or 1 values for scale and offset would not be correctly handled
- Fixed issue where merging two recalibration lines would sometimes be split again after closing and reopening the object
- Fixed issue where recalibration would not be performed after loading additional data without visiting the Calibration page
- Fixed issue where Meteo object .wpobject exports which referred to folders with a file mask would be saved in the project folder after re-imported, instead of the original file mask location
- Fixed issue where right clicking an averaged sample in a gun shot graph could cause an exception
- Fixed issue when clicking "Clear and load all" for >30 heights
- Fixed issue where all the min/max columns in the RSD verification tool were swapped
- Edited help text in "Merge wind speeds from 2 heights"
- Added message to reload data after changing calibrations
- Added ability to create a calibration period per import filter
- When unpacking a project export, Meteo data now points to the relative path of the current project location, instead of the original absolute path from where the project was exported from.

- Changed description for frequency table based Meteo data
- Added a warning when using checks based on energy weighted values, but there are sectors without energy.
- Updated link for lightning map
TR10
- Fixed error with incorrect gap-filling of production time series
- Fixed issue where windPRO could get stuck when using the feature "separate error codes"
- Fix in the correlation formula in the detailed method.
- Added a default file name when saving a report as PDF
