Rotating cursor problem

Some customers experienced since updating to 3.1 that when trying to work in windPRO the cursor is always rotating like data is loaded in the background.
For one company it works when deactivating the TIN at cursor-option, for the others not.
What they have in common:
- working on servers
- no problems with locally saved projects
- no problems with windPRO 3.0 although using same paths at the server
Several minor improvement have been made in order to address this issue. We will continue the work to fully solve this issue!
