Limitations

The scripting interface to each module, service, or object needs to be designed and tested. Due to the large amount of functionality in windPRO not all functionality can be accessed via scripting. The focus lies on automating wind resource assessment and calculations necessary for environmental impact assessment. For the implemented modules and objects some functionality and settings are not yet implemented in scripting. EMD’s focus is to develope windPRO scripting along the needs of our customers. However, we do not expect to have very interactive parts of windPRO like Photomontage or Animation as part of the scripting service.
