In time-varying calculations with masts using the Scaler there was an error in reading the displacement height from the Meteo object. The displacement height would always be read as 0. This fix corrects the problem so that the correct displacement height is read and used in the Scaler calculations.

In time-varying calculations with masts using the Scaler there was an error in reading the displacement height from the Meteo object. The displacement height would always be read as 0. This fix corrects the problem so that the correct displacement height is read and used in the Scaler calculations.
