WindPRO export upload changed to HTTP

Status: Open - will be in windPRO 3.1 Service Pack 3

Fixed in build: 620

Some customers have experienced issues with uploading windPRO projects to EMD. The protocol for uploading have now been changed to HTTP for more stability.
