In the ORA setup window, the roughness values for the different forests should be entered as classed, and the default is set to roughness classes.
But the calculation engine below is expecting roughness lengths as input.
So to properly use the ORA tool, the user had to convert all roughness class values in the input window into roughness lengths.
In Service Pack I, you can now switch between using roughness lengths or classes
