Status: Fixed in windPRO 3.2 Service Pack 2

Fixed in build: 702

A flagging condition which combines "Change in time" and wind direction would fail when the wind direction is around North, since the "Change in time" condition is defined as the difference between the maximum and minimum value within the required number of consecutive time stamps.
