For some customers the on-line validation of windPRO fails on start-up. If the validation fails for 14 days the user will end up without an activation.

The issue is actually two separate issues:

  • On some computers windPRO did not detect there is an active internet connection and hence it will not even try to perform the validation.


  • On some computers the validation process will be slow and windPRO will receive a timeout. The timeout limit have been raised from 5 seconds to 10 second in build 633.
