MCP Changes; limit periods moved to "Measure" tab, "Filters" renamed to "Adjustments"

While "Limit periods" influensens the "Evaluate reference", it is more logical to set the period limitations on the "Measure" tab. This leaves only the adjustments of time offset and Veer on the filter tab, which then is renamed to "Adjustments". All functionality is as it was before.
