Rotating cursor problem

Some of our customers (always several people (not sure if ALL) in 3 different companies up to now) experienced since updating to 3.1 that when trying to work in windPRO the cursor is always rotating like data is loaded in the background. For one company it works when deactivating the TIN at cursor-option, for the others not. And they are very annoyed as they cannot use the latest version although they paid for it…

What they have in common:

• working on servers
• no prob with locally saved projects
• no problems with windPRO 3.0 although using same paths at the server
