Issue with license handling

Status: Closed - part of windPRO 3.0 Service Pack 1

Fixed in build: 618

There were some issue with license handling in Park calculations, that is now fixed:

Park calculations with resource maps is now again possible with only a Park + Meteo license
Park calculations with WAsP and ATLAS requires a Model license
