Zero line in Shadow Calculations are handle like in windPRO 3.0

The handling of Zero line in Shadow Calculations was change in windPRO 3.1. As of Service Pack 1 the handling is again done as in windPRO 3.0

In 3.1.579, the Zero hour and zero minute lines had purposefully only been shown when within the maximum shadow distance. This lead to irritation and the decision was reversed, so now it is again also shown when the Zero hour / Zero minute line equals the maximum shadow distance
